When I clicked on de'li.cious sample, it bombed!

When I clicked on the delicious sample link, I got a blank page at the following URL;

http://svn.x-port.net/svn/public/samples/del.icio.us/howto.html

Can somebody tell me how to fix this.

I haven't been able to confirm that I have installed formsplayer yet. I am working on to see if I have to register those COM controls vie regedit. I am running VS08 as well as Office 07, so I would Imagine those components are already installed. But as you know, those should already be there.
