Actions bound to focus events in output are not working.

Description

I have an output control that is in a case and contains a toggle action on DOMActivate. The toggle does not appear to be occuring when I try to give focus to the output. A form demonstrating this problem is available here (the same form works correctly in 1.5.5):

This was actually caused by output not receiving focus in this version, a fix has now been applied.
